Two dominant guards in Jahsir Robertson and Kashmier Wise are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Glasgow Dragons will head out on the road to take on the Seaford Bluejays at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Glasgow can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Hodgson Vo-Tech 64-33 at home. The victory was nothing new for Glasgow as they're now sitting on three straight.
Glasgow's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Robertson, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Karon Jones, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, even though Woodbridge scored an imposing 65 points on Tuesday, Seaford still came out on top. Seaford managed a 69-65 victory over Woodbridge.
Glasgow pushed their record up to 10-6 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Seaford, their win bumped their record up to 14-1.
Glasgow was able to grind out a solid win over Seaford in their previous meeting back in December of 2017, winning 57-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Glasgow since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
