North Georgia have had to suffer through a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged out SC Titans 2-0. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.
Finally capturing their first win of the season, North Georgia advanced to 1-7. SC Titans are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-8.
Next week North Georgia take on Copper Basin at 7:30 PM. Copper Basin are limping into the game on a eight-game losing streak. SC Titans will have some time to rest before their next match, which is against Camden Military in two weeks.
