Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Andrew Jackson Academy

Andrew Jackson Academy entered their tilt with Allendale-Fairfax on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 72-60 victory over the Allendale-Fairfax Tigers. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 91st, while the Tigers are ranked 273rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Andrew Jackson Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gage Dicks, who went 9 for 20 on his way to 21 points. With that strong performance, Dicks is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Hayden McClung, who posted 12 points and six steals.
