After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lamar Consolidated, Terry was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Fort Bend Kempner Cougars. Considering the Rangers have won five contests by more than 14 runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Terry's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Fort Bend Kempner, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Terry will look to defend their home field on Friday against Randle at 6:30 p.m. The Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.08 runs per game on average), something the Rangers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Fort Bend Kempner, they will venture away from home to take on Fort Bend Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars are facing the Buffalos at the right time seeing as the Buffalos are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
