Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 679th, while Christian Family Academy is ranked 240th).
Last Friday, Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 57-51 to Challenger. Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy has not had much luck with Challenger recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Meanwhile, Christian Family Academy strolled past Pinnacle Classical Academy with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 59-44. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Christian Family Academy.
Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy bumped their record down to 0-9 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Christian Family Academy, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
