The Muncie Central Bearcats will head out to take on the Winchester Community Golden Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
The home team had won the previous five meetings between Muncie Central and Daleville, and Daleville kept the tradition alive. The Bearcats fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 9-8 on Friday.
Logan Campbell and Gage Emberton did some serious damage despite the final result: Campbell scored three runs while going 1-for-4, while Emberton went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double. Winchester Community's record is now 3-0. As for Muncie Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
