Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Middleburg). Everything went their way against the Westside Wolverines on Friday as the Middleburg Broncos made off with a 7-4 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncos.

Their offense was hitting Westside from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Harrison Rogers led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Middleburg's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7-1. As for Westside, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Middleburg and Duval Charter will compete for holiday cheer at 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westside, they will venture away from home to face off against Riverside at 7:20 p.m. on Monday.
