Elkhorn South's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexa Eddie, who en route to 13 points. Eddie continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Mollie Probasco was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven boards.
Leading Omaha Westside to victory were Sanai Foster and Himayajo Metoyer. Foster dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds, while Metoyer on her way to 13 points and five steals. That's the most boards Foster has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Elise Pederson, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Elkhorn South's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Omaha Westside, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-6.
