Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering was down 68-46 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Roosevelt was led to victory by Sean Hall and Gabriel Hudgens. Hall scored 18 points along with six steals and five blocks, while Hudgens scored 31 points along with six steals and two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hudgens has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kareem Davis, who scored 11 points.
Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering dropped their record down to 2-12 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Roosevelt, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering will play host again and welcome the Warriors, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in District of Columbia (Woodson is ranked 28th, while the Panthers are ranked 31st).
