Middletown hasn't had much luck against East Pennsboro recently, but that could start to change on Monday. Middletown will look to defend their home field against East Pennsboro at 4:15 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Monday.

Landon Keyser made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Keyser was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1. That stolen base was his first of the season.

Meanwhile, East Pennsboro put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let Kennard-Dale get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by seven runs or more this season.
Chase Deibler made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out nine batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Deibler was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two RBI, and one double. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high.
