Severance proved they can win big last Monday (they won by ten) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Timnath Cubs 8-7. The win was nothing new for the Silver Knights as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Brady Iverson made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over 5.1 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits.
