After a disappointing zero points in their last match, Pocahontas made sure to put some points up on the board against Madrid on Friday. Pocahontas made easy work of Madrid and carried off a 35-8 win.the rankings were on Pocahontas' side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Pocahontas take on South Central Calhoun at 7:00 PM. South Central Calhoun took a loss in their last matchup and are no doubt out to reverse Pocahontas's good fortune. As for Madrid, they will face off against Ogden. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
