The Juniata Valley Hornets will head out to  face off against the Mount Union Trojans  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams are coming into the  contest red-hot, with Juniata Valley sitting on  five straight  victories and Mount Union on four.

 It was another big night for  Andrew Clark, who rushed for 141 yards and three  scores. His rushing production has been exceptional  recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 141  rushing yards.
Meanwhile, Mount Union won against Moshannon Valley  last Friday with 34  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  on Friday. The Trojans walked away with  a   34-27  victory over Glendale. The score was all tied up  20-20 at the break, but the Trojans were the  better team in the second half.
 One reason for the win was Mount Union's imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks.  Brayden Richards was especially locked on to Glendale's QB and sacked him three times.
 Juniata Valley's record is now 5-1. As for Mount Union, their record now sits at an identical 5-1.
 Juniata Valley was dealt a bruising  46-0 defeat at the hands of Mount Union in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024.
