The win was some much needed relief for the Lakers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Lakeview's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Dawson-Boyd, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
