Meanwhile, Tuscaloosa Home Educators waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 69-61 victory over East Central HomeSchool. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Evangel Christian's win bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Tuscaloosa Home Educators, they pushed their record up to 13-7 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home.
Everything came up roses for Evangel Christian against Tuscaloosa Home Educators when the teams last played two weeks ago as the squad secured a 66-34 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Evangel Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
