St. Joseph Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 29 points or more this season.
St. Joseph Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kelly Cramer, who scored 26 points along with three steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Cramer has scored at least a third of St. Joseph Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Taninah Manning, who scored 16 points along with nine steals.
When it comes to explaining why Crescent City lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kirabella Williams. Despite the final result, she scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Tyra Hankins, who scored eight points.
St. Joseph Academy pushed their record up to 14-5 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Crescent City, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.
