Camden County was led to victory by Elyiss Williams and Caleb Reed. Williams scored 12 points along with nine rebounds, while Reed scored 16 points. That's the first time this season that Reed scored 15 or more points. DeNigel Cooper was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with eight rebounds and three blocks.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, South Effingham struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Camden County pushed their record up to 8-1 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for South Effingham, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
