Creswell was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from seventh to third in 3A PacWest. Earlier in the week, the Bulldogs defeated St. Mary's 25-20.
Santiam Christian was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after topping Cascade Christian. The Eagles came in at 20 in the state poll after placing at number 43 last week.
Martin Garcia and Martin Garcia gave Jefferson a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week. Garcia threw for 20 yards, while Garcia ran for 168 yards. Dakota McCoy also contributed to the rushing game with 77 yards on the ground.
Garcia and Garcia gave the Lions a balanced attack through the air and ground last week.
Garcia was the best running back in the league this week.
Garcia put up the best numbers in passing as Jefferson defeated Santiam.
Salem Academy fell to Gold Beach 46-18 last week, the largest margin of any game.
