Lennard suffered their biggest defeat since December 5, 2023 on Tuesday. They took a serious blow against Wharton, falling 54-20. While losing is never fun, Lennard can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 472nd, while Wharton is ranked 91st).
Meanwhile, Steinbrenner had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 64.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They came out on top against Robinson by a score of 60-49.
Lennard has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Steinbrenner, their win bumped their record up to 13-4.
