Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Cudahy, who are still winless after their 16th contest. They were beaten by Greenfield 89-50 on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Cudahy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 421st, while Greenfield is ranked 138th).
Milwaukee Lutheran's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-7. As for Cudahy, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with that loss, which was their 11th straight on the road.
Everything came up roses for Milwaukee Lutheran against Cudahy in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 81-39 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Milwaukee Lutheran since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
