Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Thrive Charter

Thrive Charter had won two straight games and Oui-Mia Wilkins did her part to make it three on Saturday. Thrive Charter took down the Eastside Ghosts 69-55 thanks in part to Wilkins, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten boards. Her morning made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Heziah Kinston, who posted four points and five steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played.

Thrive Charter is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Eastside, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Thrive Charter has already played their next game, a 74-48 victory against Northern Burlington on the 29th. Eastside has also already played their next matchup (against Mahwah), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
