A Season-Best Effort from Caeden Herrera Leads Pueblo South over Palmer
On Friday, Pueblo South got the W thanks in part to Caeden Herrera playing the best football he has all season. Herrera threw for 230 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 54 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
If history really does repeat itself, Herrera might just drop another big game when he faces off against Pueblo Centennial on Thursday. Herrera threw for 76 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 30 yards the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in October of 2023.
