In what's become a running theme this season, the Quad Cities Christian Eagles gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 68-33 victory over Tri-State Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Quad Cities Christian has posted since January 5th.
It was another big night for Seth Karl, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Cobie Becker-Paradiso, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
Quad Cities Christian's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Tri-State Christian, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.
Quad Cities Christian will face off against Unity Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tri-State Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Galesburg Christian at 6:30 p.m. on January 30th. That game will pit two of the most dominant against one another: Andrew Summers and Will Cunningham.
