Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Manila to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ben Lail, who scored 18 points. That's the first time this season that Lail scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Teague Goodman, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds.
Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaxon Moody, who scored 22 points. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. Andre Loya was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Manila and bumps their season record up to 7-1. As for Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Manila is on the road again on Friday and play against Escalante at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
