Sioux Valley won the last time they faced Beresford and things went their way on Thursday too. The Cossacks walked away with a 3-1 win over the Watchdogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cossacks.

While Sioux Valley might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Beresford scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 22-25, 25-19.

Sioux Valley's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Beresford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sioux Valley will face off against Castlewood at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Beresford, they will head out to square off against Dakota Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
