The Park Crossing Thunderbirds will head out on the road to face off against the Russell County Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Park Crossing will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Last Friday, Park Crossing didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Russell County, but they still walked away with a 50-44 victory.
Jayden Scott was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Anderson-teal, who scored six points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Park Crossing's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Russell County, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-6.
