Carmichaels had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They blew past the Avella Eagles 12-6. Considering the Mighty Mikes have won five matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Parker Hewitt was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Brayden Andrews, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Carmichaels' record is now 10-4-1. As for Avella, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season.

Carmichaels will have a chance to go back-to-back against Avella: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
