Kingman barely beat Tonopah Valley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs blew past the Phoenix 10-1 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.
Canton Collins made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was even better at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Taelon Thomason, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Houston, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
