Normal Community had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. Normal Community got a great performance from Avery Anderson as she didn't allow a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched.
At the plate, Tatum Yokley was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Engel, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.
Normal Community kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
