Ward is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Holly Ward, who posted 12 points along with six steals and five boards.
Maxwell's loss dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Des Moines, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-7.
Maxwell has already played their next game, a 75-10 defeat against Roy/Mosquero on the 22nd. Des Moines does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
