The Philip Scotties posted their biggest win yet this season on Tuesday. They breezed by New Underwood on the road to the tune of 48-14. The win made it back-to-back wins for Philip.
Philip's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Drew Terkildsen, who scored seven points along with eight steals and five assists. Terkildsen is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mattisen Reckling, who scored ten points along with five steals.
Philip now has a winning record of 5-4. As for New Underwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
Philip will head out on the road to square off against Wall at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wall is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for New Underwood, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Kadoka at 6:00 p.m.
