The AZ Compass Prep National Dragons won the last time they faced the IMG Academy Ascenders, and things went their way on Friday too. AZ Compass Prep National took down IMG Academy 69-52. Given AZ Compass Prep National's advantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked fourth in Arizona, while IMG Academy is ranked 225th in Florida), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

As a matter of fact, that's the most points Miller has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Fears, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
AZ Compass Prep National's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for IMG Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
