The Baldwyn Bearcats stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tremont 67-27 on the road. The win was just what Baldwyn needed coming off of a 70-42 defeat in their prior game.
Despite the loss, Tremont still got an impressive performance from Andrew Curtis, who scored five points along with two steals.
Baldwyn has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Tremont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.
Baldwyn will be playing at home against Wheeler at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Tremont, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hickory Flat at 3:30 p.m. on January 27th.
