CALHOUN, Ga. - the Yellowjackets scored 43 points in the first quarter to secure a big 63-0 victory over Chattooga (Summerville, Ga.) on Saturday.
Calhoun scored on a passing touchdown, a touchdown run by
Alex Urbano, a touchdown run, a
Cole Jackson touchdown run, a kick return touchdown by Jackson and a passing touchdown in the quarter.
The lead that the Yellowjackets took on a passing touchdown with 11:00 remaining in the first quarter stood up for the duration of the game, as neither team managed to score in the second half.
With the win Calhoun extended its winning streak to seven games. Calhoun defeated Model 41-9 last week.
The Yellowjackets had given up an average of 8.4 points prior to the contest.
The loss was the fourth in a row for the Indians.
