After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Raines finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They came up short against the Yulee Hornets, falling 16-0. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Raines' loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Yulee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7-1.

Coming up, Raines will welcome Ribault at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Vikings are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Yulee, they are taking a road trip to challenge Bishop Kenny at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
