Meanwhile, James Island waltzed into their game last Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They breezed by the Sharks at home to the tune of 31-0. That looming 31-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Trojans yet this season.
Jalen Brown-Singleton continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 171 yards and a touchdown while picking up 10.7 yards per carry, and also catching a touchdown. His longest rush was for an incredible 82 yards. Another player making a difference was Connor Dantzler, who threw for 135 yards and three touchdowns.
West Ashley now has a losing record at 2-3. As for James Island, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
