After a string of six wins, the Faith Christian Falcons's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. The matchup between them and Christian Life wasn't particularly close, with Faith Christian falling 64-47. Faith Christian was down 49-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Despite the loss, Faith Christian had strong showings from Caleb Rydzinski, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds, and Isaiah Schuler, who scored 17 points along with three steals. That was a full 36.2% of Faith Christian's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Carson Bivins was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Faith Christian's loss ended a eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-3. As for Christian Life, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.
