On Wednesday Elisabeth Scott struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). The effort also marked the fewest walks (zero) Scott has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than two walks. For the year, she has an ERA of 4.20 over 38.3 innings pitched.
