Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Fife Adene, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. Adene is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Nife Adene, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Kingwood has been struggling recently as they've lost 19 of their last 20 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-28 record this season. As for Humble, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 20-15.
Kingwood will challenge North Shore at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Kingwood is coming into the contest with nine straight defeats on the road, meaning North Shore will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. As for Humble, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Beaumont United at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Humble is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Beaumont United in Texas (Humble is ranked 291st, while Beaumont United is ranked 751st).
