It was a good run, but Hitchcock unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 62-50 to the Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries Crimson Knights.

Hitchcock's loss dropped their record down to 13-3. As for Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hitchcock will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kountze at 5:00 p.m. on December 31st. Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Bay Area Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
