The Poly Engineers can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 57-14 win over John Carroll on the road. 57 seems to be a good number for Poly as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Among those leading the charge was Sierra Georges, who scored six points along with eight rebounds and four steals. S. Brown was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Poly and bumps their season record up to 16-1. As for John Carroll, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poly will take on the Golden Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Carroll, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sailors at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
