The Tahoma Bears will take on the Auburn Riverside Ravens at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tahoma will be looking to extend their current 14-game winning streak.
Tahoma's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Auburn as they made off with a 16-0 win. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by seven runs or more this season.

Sienna Shulz made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Those ten strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Those RBI were her first of the season.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Mia Hammington, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, two stolen bases, and two runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Siene Martin, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
Tahoma was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .464. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in ten consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Auburn Riverside unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of Stadium by a score of 10-8.
Danica Butler made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Mayah Cabatan-Flowers, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
Tahoma's victory was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.1 runs over those games. As for Auburn Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
Monday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Tahoma hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .385. However, it's not like Auburn Riverside struggles in that department as they've averaged .357. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Tahoma's way against Auburn Riverside in their previous matchup back in April, as Tahoma made off with a 12-5 victory. Do the Bears have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Ravens turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
