Voyager stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They really took it to Excelsior Classical Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-22 win at home. While fans of Voyager might be used to big wins, the 56-point margin marked the team's biggest victory yet this season.
Voyager relied on the efforts of Dwight Anderson, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and three steals, and David McMillon, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Cameron, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Henderson Collegiate came up short against Vance Charter on Tuesday and fell 54-45. It was the first time this season that Henderson Collegiate let down their fans at home.
Voyager's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-8. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.6 points per game. As for Henderson Collegiate, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8.
