Omaha South's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Gross Catholic, the  win was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-5.
 Looking ahead, Omaha South will square off against Norfolk at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Omaha South is facing Norfolk at the right time seeing as Norfolk is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. Gross Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
