Matt Muir of Duchesne ran for the longest rushing play in 1A - North this season against Rich last week. Muir ran for 85 yards on the play and finished with 86 on the day as his team defeated the Rebels.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Duchesne beat Rich 14-13. The victory was the 13th in a row for Jerry Cowan's team.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Eagles' Trent Roberts and Muir have proven to be a lethal combination. Roberts has thrown for 777 yards this season, while Muir has 12 catches for 308 yards. Wade Netto from Milford leads the league in rushing with 901 yards.
In 105 carries Netto has accumulated 901 yard this year.
Duchesne and Ashely Brown's team played the most contested game in 1A - North this week, with Duchesne eventually emerging with a 14-13 victory. Matt Dye ran for 92 yards in the win.
