Crestview had won two straight games and Addison Rhodes did her part to make it three on Wednesday. The Rebels strolled past the Howland Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 82-64 for which the team can thank Rhodes, who dropped a double-double with 46 points and 12 boards. Her big performance that evening made it 23 games in a row in which she has scored at least 17 points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Bucey, who shot 44% from the field to rack up 20 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. Despite the defeat, Howland saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mackenzie Scrabis went 9-for-12 on her way to 24 points. Talia Rishel was another key player, putting up 12 points and eight boards.
