The Danville Warriors extended their postseason success on Saturday against the Speedway Sparkplugs. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 57-23 victory over the Sparkplugs. Danville has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.
Leading Danville to victory were Addison Davis and Emma Ancelet. Davis scored 20 points along with five rebounds, while Ancelet dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten assists. Another player making a difference was Maddy Wethington, who scored six points along with four steals.
When it comes to explaining why Speedway lost, one person who can't be blamed is Daniella Galvez. Despite the final result, she scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
The win was the eighth in a row for Danville, bringing their record for this year to 23-3. As for Speedway, their loss dropped their record down to 17-8.
Danville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Speedway also has no future games currently scheduled.
