Manocchio was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with a  triple, two  RBI,  and a  run.
 In other batting news,  Zayden Vultaggio was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Ian Sukup, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-4.
 Anderson's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Little Miami, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-11.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anderson will take on Turpin at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The last three games Turpin has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Little Miami, they will look to defend their home field  on Wednesday against Anderson at 5:00  p.m.
