While Radford didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 71-58 victory over the Narrows Green Waves on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Bobcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Despite the defeat, Narrows had strong showings from Elijah Knoetze, who shot 79% from the field on his way to 24 points and seven rebounds, and Hayden Ferrell, who went 5-for-8 to rack up 14 points in addition to seven blocks and five boards. The Green Waves are 3-1 when Ferrell posts three or more blocks, but 1-2 otherwise. Braxton Hoke was another key player, putting up five points and six rebounds.

Radford's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Narrows, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Radford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 64-63 victory against Pulaski County on the 30th. As for Narrows, they have also already played their next matchup, a 61-60 defeat against Fort Chiswell on the 30th.
