Lansdowne gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines by a score of  7-2. The  victory was some much needed relief for the Vikings as it spelled an end to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season.

 Damon Angeles and  Logan Harkleroad were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing,  Angeles   pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Harkleroad   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. What's more,  he posted five  strikeouts, the most he's  had since back in April of 2024.
